One of the things I... read more appreciate most about Sean is that he took the time to address any questions and the options that we had. He found a 1-to-1 replacement, which wasn't the standard replacement other plumbers quoted me for. We're very happy with the replacement and adjustments to the piping underneath the sink. He discussed the issues with the previous setup (wrong-sized pipes and T), which made sense because of the number of slow draining and more than occasional clogs. He went above and beyond by replacing the second sink flange/drain basket, which was great because the other was heavily worn.

As for the other issues around the house, we found out that we have super high pressure systematically coming into the house from the main. So, he'll be back to install a pressure-reducing valve and a new water heater (over 13 years old!). Again, Sean addressed all of our questions so that we feel confident in our choices.

He's very professional, a good communicator, and easy to talk to.

When I saw Imagine Plumbing' great ratings, I called, thinking that I'd probably get voice mail, not a live person. To my surprise and relief, Sean answered his phone and immediately talked me through what to do to try to avoid the pipe bursting. He was incredibly informative and helpful, and he gave clear explanations and great advice. All without having ever met us before and without charging us. Incredibly kind, and it was clear he really is an expert on plumbing. While we hope not to need a plumber often, Imagine Plumbing is who we shall hire when we do need work done. Sean was trustworthy, took time to make sure he explained the problem and what to do about it, and spoke with me three spearate times! Wow!
