By that I... read more mean: honest, hard-working, respectful, intelligent, generous to communicate and explain his craft in layman's terms, as well as just being a fine upstanding person. I don't know about you, but I am a Senior Citizen and those qualities are getting rarer to find in our modern day world. Sean spent more time on this job than normal because there were some snafus that could not have been determined ahead of time. His commitment to making everything 'right' was exemplary, in that his main goal was for his customer to be well served and happy with a job well done. This was the first time I had hired Sean and I feel as if I hit the jackpot, so I asked if he would be my "Forever Plumber" and that was acceptable to him! I feel very fortunate to have found and hired someone with his credentials and level of excellence and looking forward to having him work in my home for all plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Mark my experienced opinion, you cannot go wrong with this young man, who I cannot recommend highly enough!!!

He discussed why the pipe burst, what immediate and long term issues needed to be addressed, and he offered to assist with the repairs immediately. I cannot recommend him enough.
