Sean the owner of Imagine Plumbing arrived today to supply an estimate for a hose faucet replacement. This first time meeting/hiring Sean, he has a great personality, very informative, neat , clean work area, over all a great experience. When finished he also pointed out an issue with the water pressure being a bit high in our main leading into the house, which could possibly create a larger problem that will need to attended to in the near future. Sean was awesome! Our hot water heater went out on the Saturday and he was the only company that answered the phone. He was able to help me try and trouble shoot over the phone and diagnose and let me know I most likely needed to change out my 20 year old water heaters. He was able to move some clients around his schedule and got us in on Monday! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very thorough and pointed out various things to me that I needed to understand. He also was very honest and let me know that my pressure was off and that the city would actually fix it for free because of what part of the meter it was located on. Other plumbers could've taken advantage of me and charged me to replace that but he did not. I definitely recommend him and will use him again! He was also reasonably priced! It's great to know that someone actually is still honest in this day and age.

I first met Sean a few years ago when I was doing the electrical and he was doing the plumbing at a friend’s house. The very first thing that caught my attention was how clean he was and how focused he was on the details of his work. The project needed to get done, and he was on it right away and finished everything in a timely manner.

Later, when I bought my house, I found out the previous owner had not installed the proper P-traps for the sinks in every bathroom and in the kitchen. On top of that, the dishwasher was not connected properly and ended up flooding our floor. Sean came in and fixed all of it.

A little while later, our tub drain started to smell like mold. I tried everything, including all the generic drain cleaners, but nothing worked. When Sean came by, he had the proper tools to clean it out and get rid of the smell ASAP. It had gotten so bad that we had to keep the window open and the drain closed.

Thank you, Sean, for bringing white-glove service to our home and to everyone we know. I recommend him to everyone.

He was very courteous and informative on the phone, and after asking a few questions, he explained the situation thoroughly.

He also let me know he might not have the proper equipment to handle the repair and promptly gave me a referral.

We needed to replace a 30-year-old toilet, and Sean (and apprentice Kevin) did a fantastic job. On time, efficient and really cost-effective. I highly recommend Sean and Imagine Plumbing, and will be using them again the next time I need a plumber, for sure!

Sean does excellent work. The attention to detail and forethought that's put into each aspect of a project is very high. He explains tasks very clearly while answering any questions without being condescending, then executes efficiently. We had a new water heater installed, a new PRV and smart water meter recently and everything is performing exactly as expected while also looking very clean.

First: we are an adult foster care home, so plumbing issues require immediate attention and must be done to code.

Fantastic experience when a little mishap left me without water to the house. Imagine Plumbing was very responsive! I've never had a "go-to" plumber, but I do now!

Sean has helped us out twice now. The first time was when we moved into our new home and he successfully cleaned several drains that needed unclogging.

Most recently, I was worried our shower drain was clogged so Sean came out to take a look. He quickly determined it was just normal P-trap water and didn't charge us for an unnecessary drain cleaning. We truly appreciate his time, expertise, and especially his honesty. Very thankful for his services and would absolutely recommend him.

Kyle, his journeyman, came to our home to check out several issues--a backed-up kitchen sink, a leaking dishwasher, and a couple of slow drains. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to show us how to remove our sink fixture so we could clear out gunk ourselves in the future. After a full inspection, he discovered the issue was simply that we needed to run the garbage disposal before starting the dishwasher--a total fluke--and they never tried to sell us anything we didn't need.

Sean even followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working properly and that we were happy with the visit. Both he and Kyle were genuine, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Very responsive, super helpful - both Sean and Kyle. Called for an estimate and they did the estimate and completed the work in one day. Instead of telling us we needed a complete replumbing - let us know that our house has the best kind of galvanized steel - likely to last forever if we need it to. After going thru an emotional coaster ride for the last couple of days, Sean figured out the water pressure problem at my home and my life is back to normal. I was only charged Imagine's minimum service fee. I had a few other service calls from plumbers giving me rough estimates in the 10's of thousands for re-piping so I was relieved that Sean had the patience, attention to detail and a passion for problem solving to figure out what was really going on. I felt that he was very honest and not overselling anything. I will definitely go back to him for any future plumbing needs.

I needed a new water heater after mine finally gave up.
I spoke to several companies trying to schedule an estimate, each who required a fee to even bid on job.
During the first text exchange with Sean, I knew he was who I needed to go with. Outside of not charging a fee to give an estimate, he was very kind, knowledge, polite, and accommodating from the jump.
He was also great with communication, even calling when a raised bridge was going to make him a few minutes late. NO ONE DOES THIS!
He was a very pleasant guy. He estimated my cost (which was a bit higher than my cheap self wanted to pay) but he also took the time to explain the difference in both the quality of the product as well as the installer. He picked up equipment and got started right away. He remained pleasant even after a few "unexpected " issues kept him longer than planned.
He also helped me move a few items out of the way and returned them when done, leaving area in great shape. Also, he was very considerate of my neighbors. I told him it should be OK to park in front of my drive, which left him a bit in front of theirs too..but he would not do it without attempting to gain permission. That may sound small, but its actually not! Nobody needs angry neighbors!
He explained my new unit very clearly and thoroughly, leaving me knowing the "basics" and even a few signs to recognize any coming issues.
When job was complete. I knew I had made the right choice to go with Sean over the other companies.
Sometimes quality products and service cost a bit more upfront, but less in the long run!
So far, Im very happy with my new water heater.

Sean installed a new water heater at our house. He was very professional and explained all the workings of the new water heater in an easily understandable manner.He took the time to make sure the job was done right. Did good work repairing/replacing a broken water-main and installing of a new shutoff valve in my garage. Fair price. Appreciated the above-and-beyond DIY advice on some other plumbing issues.

We had Sean out again for some repairs. He was great as usual. We needed new outdoor faucets and I wanted something easier since I just had back surgery and can't bend over to turn it on. Sean is very skilled at what he does, both with his plumbing and running his business. He was very responsive to my request to replace my water heater. Showed up early to ensure he had all the correct parts that he needed (there were some issues with the installation of the old one). Explained what he was going to do to correct those issues. Did a great job with the install, and again explaining features of the water heater, how to relight the pilot, what to do if there is a leak...He's a really nice guy, I highly recommend him.

Sean was great from start to finish. He worked with my schedule and was respectful of my home while I was at work. Installed a new water heater and water spigot on the front of my house. When I came home he went over the maintenance needs of the pressure tank and how it works as well as winterization of the pipes to the outdoor water spigot which is crucial as my garage is not insulated.
