He was incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure it wasn't perhaps a smaller issue that I could sort out on my own. I did end up scheduling Imagine Plumbing to come out a few days later when he was free, and replace a defective Pressure Reduction Valve on our water main. He also noted that the water heater was installed without a temperature expansion tank and took care of that while he was here. Sean (the owner/plumber) is good people. He clearly explains all the work, is efficient, and is courteous and friendly. Highly highly recommend!

When I saw Imagine Plumbing' great ratings, I called, thinking that I'd probably get voice mail, not a live person. To my surprise and relief, Sean answered his phone and immediately talked me through what to do to try to avoid the pipe bursting. He was incredibly informative and helpful, and he gave clear explanations and great advice. All without having ever met us before and without charging us. Incredibly kind, and it was clear he really is an expert on plumbing. While we hope not to need a plumber often, Imagine Plumbing is who we shall hire when we do need work done. Sean was trustworthy, took time to make sure he explained the problem and what to do about it, and spoke with me three spearate times! Wow!
