Very responsive, super helpful - both Sean and Kyle. Called for an estimate and they did the estimate and completed the work in one day. Instead of telling us we needed a complete replumbing - let us know that our house has the best kind of galvanized steel - likely to last forever if we need it to. Fixed our issues - then helped me (at no charge) fix an issue with another shower upstairs. Highly Recommend Sean, Kyle and Imagine Plumbing.

Called Sean to stop by to service a leaky water heater...He came and diagnosed it to be unfixable. Ended up quoting for a better unit in its place.... Gave a fair quote and installed it same day. I am happy with the friendly and professional service. Thanks Sean.

After going thru an emotional coaster ride for the last couple of days, Sean figured out the water pressure problem at my home and my life is back to normal. I was only charged Imagine's minimum service fee. I had a few other service calls from plumbers giving me rough estimates in the 10's of thousands for re-piping so I was relieved that Sean had the patience, attention to detail and a passion for problem solving to figure out what was really going on. I felt that he was very honest and not overselling anything. I will definitely go back to him for any future plumbing needs.

I needed a new water heater after mine finally gave up.
I spoke to several companies trying to schedule an estimate, each who required a fee to even bid on job.
During the first text exchange with Sean, I knew he was who I needed to go with. Outside of not charging a fee to give an estimate, he was very kind, knowledge, polite, and accommodating from the jump.
He was also great with communication, even calling when a raised bridge was going to make him a few minutes late. NO ONE DOES THIS!
He was a very pleasant guy. He estimated my cost (which was a bit higher than my cheap self wanted to pay) but he also took the time to explain the difference in both the quality of the product as well as the installer. He picked up equipment and got started right away. He remained pleasant even after a few "unexpected " issues kept him longer than planned.
He also helped me move a few items out of the way and returned them when done, leaving area in great shape. Also, he was very considerate of my neighbors. I told him it should be OK to park in front of my drive, which left him a bit in front of theirs too..but he would not do it without attempting to gain permission. That may sound small, but its actually not! Nobody needs angry neighbors!
He explained my new unit very clearly and thoroughly, leaving me knowing the "basics" and even a few signs to recognize any coming issues.
When job was complete. I knew I had made the right choice to go with Sean over the other companies.
Sometimes quality products and service cost a bit more upfront, but less in the long run!
So far, Im very happy with my new water heater.

Sean installed a new water heater at our house. He was very professional and explained all the workings of the new water heater in an easily understandable manner.He took the time to make sure the job was done right. He also made some useful suggestions regarding ways to monitor and prevent other plumbing issues. We will be using Imagine Plumbing again.

Did good work repairing/replacing a broken water-main and installing of a new shutoff valve in my garage. Fair price. Appreciated the above-and-beyond DIY advice on some other plumbing issues.

Sean is very skilled at what he does, both with his plumbing and running his business. He was very responsive to my request to replace my water heater. Showed up early to ensure he had all the correct parts that he needed (there were some issues with the installation of the old one). Explained what he was going to do to correct those issues. Did a great job with the install, and again explaining features of the water heater, how to relight the pilot, what to do if there is a leak...He's a really nice guy, I highly recommend him.

Sean was great from start to finish. He worked with my schedule and was respectful of my home while I was at work. Installed a new water heater and water spigot on the front of my house. When I came home he went over the maintenance needs of the pressure tank and how it works as well as winterization of the pipes to the outdoor water spigot which is crucial as my garage is not insulated. His bid came in competitive and I am happy I chose imagine plumbing …I have peace of mind that all was installed properly and up to code.

It was Friday night - my SO's doggo was getting a bath and afterwards I hear a constant drip. "Turn off the water!" "I did!" I run to the bathroom, and indeed, the tub faucet was off. How did one shut off cause a leak so consistent and so big?

2 am on Saturday, I wake up in a panic, grab a bucket and start collecting water. First thing in the morning, I start calling companies for emergency plumbing. They all wanted to charge me for a quote and couldn't give me any reasonable understanding of what needed to be done without having an estimate/inspection.

I start talking to Sean and he gives me context that what I'm experiencing is common and that there is no need for high alarm. He explains what probably needs to be done and gives me a ballpark estimate. I cancelled my two other appointments to meet with Sean. He was out at my property on Monday and we spent 40 minutes looking for my water main shut off. It was buried underneath mud and grass, and after much investigation, he digs out the box holding the meter. The shut off valve won't budge and I have homework to do - call TVWD.

TVWD comes out the Wednesday morning and won't replace the valve since it's still operable. We shut the water off and back on again. Apparently TVWD likes to do the shut offs and turn ons so that if the valve breaks, it's on TVWD. I call them back to do the shut off half hour before Sean came back a second time to work on the leak.

It seems like there was much to be done. I had the faucet handle cartridge replaced. Looks like the faucet handle was installed lower than it should have been and too far into the wall and also, my hot water valve was in gnarly shape. Replacing the latter would be much more involved work and could down the road also need to be a re-pipe sort of a job. I asked Sean what the risks were - i.e. proactively replacing the valve when I could get to it/budget out for it vs. waiting for a leak behind a wall that would only make itself known through much greater damage, and even possibly mold. It is likely going to be mini bathroom remodel at that point of doing the valve replacement. I discussed strategy with Sean about tier 1 fix - replace the cartridge to stop the leak, tier 2 fix - replace the valve + mini bathroom remodel to prevent leaks behind the wall, and ultimately a tier 3 fix - re-piping the home. We talked timelines, budgets, etc. and I have a much clearer idea of the work that needs to be done.

I'm really grateful for how patient and educational Sean was. Most other folks might not take the time to give you necessary or extra information without trying to scare you into taking more action than you are ready for. I appreciated that he explained the pros and cons of taking action, multiple actions, and potentials for repeat or redundant work. Sean is definitely the sort of person you want in your corner for protecting one of your biggest investments and helping you sleep better at night, knowing that the information and advice is solid.

Sean is very punctual and thorough. He responded to our non emergency plumbing issue late at night and eagerly fixed it the next morning for our tenants. Then was thoughtful enough to walk the property and disconnect all our hose accessories before an incoming frost freeze. We had major water pipes burst last year when forgetting to do this. He also had some great pointers to protect our plumbing in other regards. We live out of state so working with him was well worth the price, he communicated times and the whole operation in detail to let us know what was happening and our tenants love him as well. I added him to our contacts for any future plumbing issues that might arise.

Sean is an honest and excellent plumber who is a stickler for fine details. He stayed an hour extra in my home making sure my water heater didn’t have any leaks. When he received faulty components and had to come back a second day he refused to let me help financially. He’s a one-man operation so he’s perfect for smaller to medium-sized jobs and won’t pass along the costs larger companies will from higher overhead. 10/10 would recommend and will have him back in the future

Excellent service. Sean was able to come the next day after I called him to relieve a slow drain and help me with other minor faucet issues. He was forthright in explaining everything I needed to know and taught me how to unclog the aerators in the future. He's friendly, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Responsive, well priced, quality work, knowledgeable, and friendly are just some ways I can describe our experience with Sean and Imagine Plumbing. Our water heater was past its life expectancy and we wanted it replaced before it gave out. A few texts, a few photos, we had a quote and an installed water heater - all in roughly 24 hours. We will have Sean back any time we have a plumbing need.

Sean, with Imagine plumbing, came over right away when our old hot water heater went out. He replaced it the next business day. He was very professional, courteous, and explained the product well.

Imagine Plumbing was quick to respond to my initial contact with them. Although, it was not an emergency, it was not a long wait for an appointment. I was kept informed of ETAs and notified when it became apparent that Sean would be later than initially anticipated. Sean was so responsive and he knows what he's doing. He was very upfront about his pricing but, the project cost about three times what I thought it would...Not his fault. But, I guess that's why I'm not offering up 5 stars. I would call him again but I'm hoping I won't have to for awhile!

Seam gave detailed information about the problem, communicated courteously, answered my questions and went step above to address not only the core issue with the kitchen garbage disposal but also making sure the plumbing under kitchen sink is upgraded for maintainability, plus attention to details on sealing other minor leaks from the faucet. Next day response to replace my water heater. Extremely knowledgable and very willing to explain pros and cons of various options and the rationales for choosing to install plumbing in the manner that he does. He opts for the strongest and longest lasting repair techniques. Sean was a delight to have in my home. He also identified not to code installation of my old water heater and found significant problems with the pressure reduction valve.that I had no idea was there and returned to fix that as well. Great job!

Sean Anderson of Imagine Plumbing, LLC, is not only an Excellent Plumber but he is one of those rare souls who has an Excellent Character too. By that I mean: honest, hard-working, respectful, intelligent, generous to communicate and explain his craft in layman's terms, as well as just being a fine upstanding person. I don't know about you, but I am a Senior Citizen and those qualities are getting rarer to find in our modern day world. Sean spent more time on this job than normal because there were some snafus that could not have been determined ahead of time. His commitment to making everything 'right' was exemplary, in that his main goal was for his customer to be well served and happy with a job well done. This was the first time I had hired Sean and I feel as if I hit the jackpot, so I asked if he would be my "Forever Plumber" and that was acceptable to him! I feel very fortunate to have found and hired someone with his credentials and level of excellence and looking forward to having him work in my home for all plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Mark my experienced opinion, you cannot go wrong with this young man, who I cannot recommend highly enough!!!

When our water heater ruptured, Imagine Plumbing was the first company to return my call.. *on a Sunday*. He wasn't available immediately to come and replace the heater, but he recommended an alternative that did end up being able to help within one business day. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and made sure it wasn't perhaps a smaller issue that I could sort out on my own. I did end up scheduling Imagine Plumbing to come out a few days later when he was free, and replace a defective Pressure Reduction Valve on our water main. He also noted that the water heater was installed without a temperature expansion tank and took care of that while he was here. Sean (the owner/plumber) is good people. He clearly explains all the work, is efficient, and is courteous and friendly. Highly highly recommend!

Sean is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and very personable. He was recommended to us by another plumber who was unavailable when we needed to have an outdoor spigot replaced in our 1892 house. Sean promptly fixed that spigot. We then hired him to replace another spigot as well as the kitchen faucet and to install an excess water pressure valve He explains everything along the way. He is, hands down, the best plumber I've ever worked with in 34 years of home ownership.

Not only did Sean skillfully replace my water heater, he also took the time to share a lot of information about water pressure fluctuations and also how to fix another small plumbing issue I had on my own. Sean is very knowledgeable. The pricing for everything was very reasonable.

Sean did an excellent job replacing my leaking and broken toilets, clearing explaining to me the different options. He was able to help me with little notice: he surveyed the job the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and then completed the job the Friday after. I will be contacting him for my future plumbing needs.

Shaun did a great job for us. Quoted price was reasonable (I price checked via the internet). We received a callback the same day we contacted him. We worked over the phone and with pictures very effectively. The weather caused a delay in getting to us (it was a slow leaking water heater) which was fine. Shaun rescheduled and came on a Sunday. Very thorough. Tested our water pressure as well. We will definitely have him back for future needs.
